Our after-sales maintenance service policy:


1)    One year warranty for the whole set of machinery.


2)    If any defect in our product is discovered during warranty period: For dealer customers, we will replace the defective spare parts and send by courier for free. The door-to-door maintenance service expense for traffic, accommodation and dining will be charged according to agreed standard. For end customers, all the maintenance expense will be afford by our side (except those customers without doorstep service as stated in the contract).


3)    Even if within the warranty period, if the damage is result from misuse or improper maintenance, certain maintenance costs will be charged as follows:

a.    The round-trip transportation fee for repair technicians.

b.    Accommodation and dining cost for repair technicians, from the day they leave until they get back to our company after work finished.

c.    The warranty period is six month for all the maintenance parts and components.
